No faith in humanity

@Aussie_BB typical evening speeds on ultra-fast = 600Mbps. Currently getting 300-400Mbps on speedtest and only around 140Mbps from 10Gbit server in EU. What can I do to get your typical speeds, let alone what I paid for?

I cant believe I am saying this - @Aussie_BB I have had no internet for two days (and a very slow one on the past Friday). Despite the reported issues via the App, nothing is fixed. I have been relying my phone hotspot getting through work on Fri and other needs this weekend!

@Aussie_BB Hey @Aussie_BB , we have been without internet from yday. Std response is 'its opticomm issue, not ours' . Terrible service. Its just not me, i am speaking on behalf of entire officer subarb, many r having same issue. We all think its time to switch to @Starlink

Hey @Aussie_BB , we have been without internet from yday. Std response is 'its opticomm issue, not ours' and as u know opticomm does not resolve customer issues. Terrible service. I think its time to switch to @Starlink

Thanks @Aussie_BB for costing me a 300usd tonight. Nothing quiet like 5 mins into a video consultation your internet speed (fttp) drops to under 1mb a second forcing me to hot spot which runs me out of data, and then phone overheating. Client got the shits on understandably
