Had the strangest experience with @Rackspace . Server running SaaS website goes down. Informed that can't be fixed or accessed, IP address lost and only solution is to rebuild piecemeal from scratch from OUR various backups. What about RAID?? Days offline, revenue lost. BAFFLING!

@bmadhusudhan @Rackspace @RackspaceAPJ I am also experiencing the same issue. It was out over the weekend as well and nothing posted by Rackspace at all about it. This will be the last straw for keeping email service with them.

@Rackspace you should change your configuration on the email platform. This way the 'source' of the email compromise would be visible. Include the IP Address of the authenticated sender. Authenticated sender: billing4-AT-camelbackwomenshealth.]com), sending fake payment info.

.@rackspace We closed our hosting account with you several weeks ago and you're still charging us. I've opened tickets and no reply. I've called and was told it would be resolved and ticket updated. But no update. This is terrible business. Should be a 3 minute fix and refund.

@Rackspace People are working on it, but as you likely know, it's an issue lasting for weeks and not posted on the link. It is delaying data collection in research studies.
