@MartinSLewis How do I get a bill from @SP_EnergyPeople? I moved in July 23 and have informed them many times. I have raised a complaint, escalated it to executive team, contacted them on twitter and live chat but nothing. They don’t even make contact with me now.

@returningfromt2 @SP_EnergyPeople I explained that to them, even at 50p a day it couldn't reach that . And let's be brutally honest 50p a day for the honour of supplying the possibility of energy to a sewage encrusted property is taking the piss

@SP_EnergyPeople 40 mins on the phone to do something that you can APPARENTLY do on the website. Except the guy agreed that "option wasn't there". Also ridiculous repeated questions on priority register qualification. Seriously poor customer service.

@SP_EnergyPeople I appreciate you may want insight as to why I didn't join however there is a way of doing that. The rep I spoke to - his demeanour completely changed & seemed to take offence at my audacity to want to consider it instead of switching on the spot. Really put me off joining.
