I've been using Wave Apps for 9 years for my invoicing, estimating, accounting, etc and I think I'm going to finally switch to @QuickBooks. Anyone have thoughts on this?

@QuickBooks users if you want to downgrade from Advanced they force you to call a number so they can waste 25 min of your time asking questions and trying to prevent you from changing it - all before they finally share a way for you to change it online with this URL:

@LorilynWilson Yes, @QuickBooks - the company that told us we couldnāt change the margins on our statements to fit our window envelopes unless we paid a higher monthly fee.

@rohindhar I find it hard to believe that anything can top QuickBooks @QuickBooks as the worst!!! THEY called me for scheduled meeting today & took 30 minutes to verify my ID before they could talk to me. Next 30 minutes were similar until I finally just begged if I could hang up now.

@QuickBooks could you likeā¦ ask your developers/coders to come up with a better way to push software updates that donāt unexpectedly bog and crash Quickbooks Enterprise? It never fails, quickbooks crashes and upon restart the software says I have an update to download. Thanks.
