@WOW_WAY your service is so unresponsive and WOW is not providing customer service for products and services they sell, the worst customer service, never get a English speaking person
If you have another choice do it
@TheDeviot@WOW_WAY Yup. It's been an on-and-off issue for years that's now reached critical mass, and because it's an nighttime only problem support doesn't take it seriously.
Based on the DOCSIS errors in our log it's probably a severely overloaded/oversold node.
@WOW_WAY I'd like to say something to this. For all the people that you give Internet/tv to, I see 2, if not 3x the annoyance reports about your internet/tv service going down. BEST? I doubt that, very much.
I’m gonna be honest, @WOW_WAY might be the shittiest internet I’ve ever had. It’s gone down every single day for the past two weeks including one day that had a nationwide shutoff.
@WOW_WAY Maybe you should focus on having a reliable Internet connection first. My connection has gone off multiple times and a single day. I can’t recommend your service to anyone.
