@greta @AmericanExpress Something really weird going on with tech. I have an account with Identity Force. It charges my card then, immediately credits it back. I can get into my acct but it shows I have no plan. ??? Good luck with your AmEx.

@greta @AmericanExpress Had a crazy issue at Kroger Pharmacy of all things. An account that has a good amount of $$$ in it but could not write a check. A Check?? What?

@bratNvet @greta @AmericanExpress Merchants use an intermediary "merchant services". Thats who owns the swipe system and the online system. They process the payment. Chances are they were having issues. If your bank didn't get a request for authorization then that's where the issue is.

@BUTCONSIDERTHIS @Molson_Hart @AmericanExpress You have no idea of the "cash back deal" they made for their customers using their card. It is not just charges made at Costco, but anywhere. My wife worked for Amex at the time & Amex could have had the deal, but blew it. Yes, we still have an Amex card, but rarely uses it.

@AmericanExpress I've been a member since 1993 and made every payment, then out of the blue because I ran a higher than normal balance that I paid off AMEX decided to give me a low limit. It's an embarrassment. I'll spend all my points then shut off the AMEX and get me a Mastercard Black Card.

@greta @pnjaban @AmericanExpress I got rid of my Amex card when they did not go to bat for me on a fraudulent charge. A $2,700 loss!
