@linsee3 @ZARA @ZARA_Care Itās so frustrating, they just keep just saying itās delivered - even though I can see the delivery man just dumped it on the side of a busy road - not a safe place ..they just reply with same robotic answers. Really disappointing. Glad you got a resolution x

@ZARA I think actually it is a scam. You keep us all waiting for your label - so we cannot return - and therefore keep our money. So for one month your customers then wait for a refund. Sharp practice ?? Ombudsman intervention perhaps ?

@ZARA so fed up - Since yesterday your system is down. Return QR codes are not being sent out despite the Ā«Ā return request accepted Ā«Ā emails : you will receive the return label. Itās been 24 hours now and nothing. Customer Service are appalling. They donāt understand the issue.
