@ZARA_Care @ZARA Do not buy a gift card from Zara! This was a Christmas gift and it’s still not working!! After visiting 2 stores and repeatedly contacting customer service it’s still not active! Despite this being escalated on multiple occasions it’s still not resolved. Breach of your T&Cs

@ZARA Zara has the worst shoes I have ever bought. I spent Rs 6000 for Zara mens boots and within 3 months the shoes started bursting. I would have bought 2 pairs of quality shoes from other companies. These companies are only making money by making us fools.
