Ah sorry to hear that. We know that feeling all to well when a provider isn't giving the service you deserve.
We're actually in the process of organising a list of best providers based off of several criteria, if you need help finding a new one let us know.

I think the issue is that @tellnetAU have gone bust, and still took money from me 27 days after doing so. The issue is lack of service, not lack of speed.

Rarely are outages the cause of slow speeds; it seems like you might have another issue altogether. If you don't want to speak to your ISP but would like some help from some experts in Adelaide, send us a PM.
