@youbroadband is a scam! Paid for 9 months plan (my fault) internet barely comes for 10 days in a month. No response after call to their customer service, engineer comes after weeks of complaining then does nothing! DONOT GET YOU BROADBAND IN PUNE!

@youbroadband : Why dont you close your operations in Pune if you are not able to serve ? From 3 days network is down at @aseemfoundation and we are incurring heavy losses due to your incompetency. Engineers are not able to change the modem saying we dont know when it'll come.

@youbroadband One of the worst after sales service Any network related issues they take 24 hours to sort out but the twist is their 24 hour's = 3 Days X 8 Hours So in effect you need to give them 3 working days to resolve any issue Please don't subscribe
