@HathwayBrdband I have been facing the internet issues from last few days but still there is no resolution. Your AI Bot is of no use it automatically closes the chat after some predefined questions. Is there any human customer service executive available?

@HathwayBrdband If you don’t have capacity to serve why are you selling plans!! Please find the ticket number raised a few days back 28052024K170002 I have a total 2 connection 1 is normal in the office and the 2nd one is fiber at my home so I requested to change the normal one
