@HathwayBrdband this is now enough it's been 3 months since I am struggling to file a complaint on my router your VA DIVA just appear and says solved but still not solved the problem now it's irritating me I can't work with this wifi should I close this plan ?

@HathwayBrdband There was no one to help. your helpline never talks it's just a bot & IVR , & I had loss of 3000, I couldn't reimburse due to Ott written in Bill.I just asked bifurcated bill but there is no provision
