Such a shame to see @Argos_Online go down hill. Phone “customer service” in South Africa is non existent. I’m left with no product, no replacement, no refund and 2 very poor service calls today.

@Argos_Online OK, thanks. It doesn't feel like it. I have been through the DM route. I'm now publicly trying to get an answer. Refund Yes or No? I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the product. Its terrible, and argos really should feed this back to the manufacturer. Not me, Argos.

.#Argos have their home delivery shit together. They'll text or email when your driver is around half hour away and provide a number to phone if there's an issue. Why can't actual courier companies do likewise? Save alot of aggro surely.
