@thomaswanhoff I've had that issue when having to set up or change double authentication security checks. It's invariably an automated block. I need to keep an overseas number to be not locked out as email is not an option for some like @PayPal.

@AskPayPal @PayPal I have not used paypal in years and apparently my paypal user was a business account. And it has been restricted since march 2020. How do I unrestrict my profile so I can cancel this current one and change to a private user.
