@troyhunt @ANZ_AU I’ve never understood the requirement to change your password every X days. Most users would just add a ! Or a number to the end, and essentially what we’re saying is “totally cool for a compromised account to work for X number of days”.

@troyhunt @ANZ_AU They do this at my work every three months despite it also requiring a rolling 2FA code which is tied to my specific phone (not my number - the actual phone itself) and blocking access from non-work issued devices ._.

Hi @ANZ_AU Overseas and need your help. Appreciate you blocking a fraudulent payment, but now all my direct debits are being blocked. I tried calling, ran out of charge before I could speak to someone. Don't have access to a landline for reverse call. Aaargh, bills to pay.
