Dear @premierinn why is wi-fi in your hotels still an added on luxury? Even then if I wanted to pay for it I don’t have my card cos I pay for stuff on my phone, haven’t you heard of @PayPal ? What is this the dark ages? And that’s only the start of my disappointment today…
