I have spent two weeks trying to get a refund from @PayPal for something I was double charged for.
Even giving them proof INCLUDING THE CHAT WHERE THE SELLER SAID IT WAS CHARGED ANOTHER WAY and PayPal said no.
Save yourself the trouble. Just charge back via bank. Forget them.
