So. @Optus is currently attempting to tell me that the ongoing ‘weekday’ network service degradation issues which occur between 2:30 pm and 4:00pm are my fault due to a ‘lack of line of sight to the network towers’. 
 because clearly my apartment moves between these times :/

You’ve done it again @Optus @optus_help after over an hour on the phone 2 weeks ago to resolve a billing issue where I was getting double-charged for 3 months
and I was told it had been fixed and my account would go into credit

@optus_help @Optus I received a bill yesterday for $79.23 so the $10 discount has been removed, not extended. In calling today to clarify, I spent 45 mins on the phone to be advised that the 12 month offer can't be applied. I was mislead on the first call and the 12 month offer wasn't correct.

@optus_help @Optus I was offered 2 months free but am still very frustrated that I was mislead initially and had to spend another 45 minutes on the phone. The person I spoke to was not clear about the situation and kept me on hold for a long time. Not a very good example of customer service.

@optus Hopeless. Offered $10 discount on NBN account for 12 months on 24/01/2024 not applied to next bill, now on phone for 30mins trying to get this resolved, still no joy and with second operator. Do you guys know how to provide customer service. Time to move on
