@gruntledness@drlynntownsend@optus_help@Optus I didn’t get this fixed and its still not working. I just didn’t follow through with support as I don’t use Optus as my primary email. I was mainly raising this on behalf of my dad who has since raised his own support call and as far as I understand its still not working.
