@optimum Why does optimum have local offices if they can’t help you with billing issues? I made an appt to find out why I keep getting my internet cut off tho I have auto pay? I make an appt to local office and say they can’t help me but gave me a number. FRUSTRATING!!

Well, I dropped down to a much cheaper @optimum #Optimum @OptimumHelp plan and still have a bunch of channels I don’t/won’t watch, but lost @hallmarkchannel #hallmarkchannel (which we all know I watched all the time) and 2 other channels I watch sometimes. To get the 3 channels
