Update: got a call from the engineer on 29th December, said I would receive my device on 2nd January. Upon calling on 2nd Jan, I get a response “systems are down, please call back later” from the service centre. @OnePlus_IN@oneplus@OnePlus_Support#oneplus#oneplusscam
