@oncor@KaitiBlake Good of you to point this out. Why don’t you stop the leak from your vault on S. Cesar Chavez that’s been going on for 3 years yet you claim it’s standard rain discharge when there hasn’t been rain in the area for weeks. The discharge is now frozen solid causing a road hazard.
