So @GovAbbott@oncor waited over 8 hours before dispatching a crew to repair a power line and will give no explanation, the downed power line left the whole neighborhood without power. Maybe you @GovAbbott or @KenPaxtonTX can get an answer to why @oncor refused to dispatch crews
