Paid $400+ for #office365 3 weeks ago, no access to the files, programs etc. admin login, and a separate Microsoft account, yet no files. Called 365 3 weeks ago, had an engineer call at 7am est. a couple times, no one’s called in 2 weeks, still not resolved or access to 365
