@NOWTV you’re charging me 3 times a month for the same account. Your phone number bot hangs up. Your chatbot currently doesn’t have a box for the customer to type in and your emails bounce back. Can someone help me please.

@NOWTV cancelled my anytime calls, have just been disconnected despite being assured that my landline would still be connected & calls would be charged per minute. I have tried contacting NOW online, also phoned, waited 12 minutes no reply. I used to find NOW very good, no more!!

@hackinarticles @VerisureUK @EFF Verisure need help to identify system shut down hacking, signal for sim operated alarms systems hacking and broadband and WiFi hacking. They also need help on reporting activity, tracking and logging incidents, these guys too @NOWTV @ofcom

I would have posted this earlier but my crappy WiFi, courtesy of @NOWTV disappeared, along with my phone line, for an hour. And their help page just blamed me... It's magically restored now, and I did nothing. So, I guess I'm magic now?
