@TPG_Telecom I live fairly rural. There is nothing else then @NBN_Australia on fixed wireless. What strikes me is that you're delivering 2004 service for a 2024 price. Disgraceful.

@NBN_Australia The main problem I have is that @NBN_Australia is not providing any contingencies for customers. Many of us require these links for business purposes and WFH. NBN just unplugs a mast and gives you the middle finger indicating to sod off and work from somewhere else.

The point is that you cannot unplug entire suburbs from having internet connections especially as some rely on this for their work as well as their phone It seems that the @NBN_Australia is unaware that WFH has become business critical since COVID

When is the @NBN_Australia realising that the term “residential“ no longer exists after the pandemic. People are WFH and rely on their internet being available. Don’t schedule maintenance during daytime hours.
