Hey @NBN_Australia with @superloopau I recently upgraded to fttp taking out copper line & node but keep seeing drop outs for 10 secs that stuffs up live feeds etc but aren't registering with you or ISP what is the go with that I thought fibre was supposed to be more reliable

@NBN_Australia Been through both those processes just looking for other questions to ask because I keep getting the same responses and doing what everyone suggests isn't improving things

@NBN_Australia Not your fault they put on their website but don't tell you so hard to look up when internet off. It's common amongst ISP poor customer service

I hate how @NBN_Australia providers don't have to tell you planned maintenance. They can send a million marketing emails but you have to look up if you are being disconnected. Usually find out when everything turns off. #auspol need to change the rules it sucks as is

@NBN_Australia I've had such a poor experience, is it any wonder the NBN rollout has taken so long! The irony is if you miss your appointment, it's a $220 fee, but NBN can rock up unannounced, ignoring the scheduled appointment and doing shotty work with no recourse.
