Hey @NBN_Australia when are you going to fix the issue in Helensvale? From 10pm Wed our connection resets every 2 minutes. I spoke to our service provider and they've stated that it's NBN issue INC000019434517.
Can we get an update? The website hasn't changed since Wed.
