@NBN_Australia@Optus order 1002562466. Ordered an nbn fttp due to be installed between 1-5pm. Cancelled other meetings. At 16.49 was on the phone for 1.15hr. After giving 4 security checks and passwords, I am told Optus still do not know when the technician will turn up.
