@NBN_Australia planned outage for 3 days now. The website says to contact my ISP. The website also says that planned outages should only affect for up to 12 hours. ISP says that there is: 1. No outage, then 2. Outage has been resolved. Still have significantly impacted service?

@NBN_Australia whatās probably happened is some idiot canāt tell the difference between 23 and 25 and disconnected the wrong addressā¦ still shouldnāt be able to disconnect a service without contacting the owner of the serviceā¦
