@NAB honest question, did the higher ups look at the Quest Eftpos Terminals & think that because they could offer a lower operating cost compared to the Ingenico Terminals that they would actually work? The Quest Merchant Services Google Rating is at 2.2/5.. absolutely terrible.

@NAB your new Quest Eftpos Terminals are incredibly sh*t & since using 6 different models in the past (not all from NAB) this one is by far the worst eftpos terminal I have ever used. This is a weak excuse to cut costs (coz we know, the investors have to stay happy) for some $$$

@MikeCarlton01 @NAB We moved from @NAB to Great Southern Bank (formerly named Credit Union Australia). They pay decent interest on their high interest savings account, have a no-fee Mastercard and provide all the usual banking services. All profits go back to account holders, not to shareholders.
