Even your signals for mobile service is also a huge problem. No or limited connectivity even after changing sim & handset!

@MTNLOfficial @MTNLMbiOfficial My complaint number is 2636. The landline is still not working. Its been a month now and you expect us to pay the bill. How can I disconnect the phone online, there’s no option on the MTNL website. Please let me know the procedure. Thank you

@ParvezAShaikh5 @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNLOfficial @AshwiniVaishnaw @GoI_MeitY i got a pre litigation notice to pay unpaid bill for landline that is dead for more than 10 years. the bill is generated promptly. even though the phone does not work. nobody attends customer service calls. at least earlier line men used to come for bakshish. that stopped too

@MTNLOfficial Dear Sir ,Our Company MTNL no 26481992 is non functional for ISD calls since several months and each time we visit Bandra Telephone exchange we get no response .Can you please look into this complaint and resolve this on war footing basis @MTNLMbiOfficial @MTNL

@MTNLOfficial Telephones in Matunga,in the R.P Masani road area are not functioning and are dead for the last two weeks.Does your accounts dept have the guts/courtesy to consider the period of non functioning and bill accordingly.
