@MediacomSupport Is awful. Spend and not get to watch .offer to switch out the cable box myself, no a tech can only do that. told them I would just hook my other , oh that's fine for time being. I'm apparently not skilled enough for one but fine with the other. 10 fucking days.

@MediacomSupport using social media as a last effort before filing a complaint with the consumer protection division. Why do you refuse to issue a refund when cable was never installed at my house??? NEVER HAD A SERVICE you billed me for and now send to collections????

@MediacomCable @MediacomSupport is a complete joke! Internet and cable went out on 1/12/24 and they are now saying restoration time is 1/17/24 at 5pm with no explanation for the outage! This is unacceptable! Worst customer service ever!
