@MediacomSupport There is an outage in Indiana but when support is called they claim it is home modem. Problem is speed is inconsistent. You need to replace equipment or send a tech to the hub or fix wiring on the pole. Modem was fine this morning and has no issues.

@MediacomSupport are there known issues with internet at 50023? My download speed is testing just 3 Mbps at the cable modem.

Is there a worse ISP than @MediacomSupport? I really wish @ATT or @comcast would run some lines out here to give mediacrap some competition. They won’t fix anything permanently out here to supply us with quality service. Why would they when there isn’t any competition?
