@MediacomSupport please fix whatever is broken in north Columbia Mo. No local channels in over a week and now affecting other channels and internet. Both TV and Internet up and down all day every few minutes!
Leave it to @MediacomCable @MediacomSupport to send a maintenance guy out to “fix” the internet and all he did was make my internet worse
Hey @MediacomSupport my internet has had connectivity issues for over 6 months and apparently according to all your departments… It's my fault. Your customer service and tech support is trash and my biggest mistake was to choose y'all for the cheap introductory offer

@MediacomSupport Why is the Internet service down at the best hours(12-1am) for folks that work all day that want to relax and watch YouTube. Worse yet it just goes down with no notification that y'all are doing maintenance or whatever the reason internet side is shut down.
