@mebank As a customer, I have trusted @mebank for many years, however yesterday, damaged this trust. Access to the online website and mobile app stopped working, without any reason. Very dismissive. I could not make all of my bank payments on the last working day of the week. Why?

@mebank Sorry for the inconvenience? Not being able to make payments, is your service, not my convenience… that’s a blanket answer to try to avoid any real ownership of the service that you did not provide on Thursday. I’ll be considering my options

@mebank Again, poor response here - can you enlighten your customers as to the root cause and at least provide a rough restoration ETA? Over 24 hours without access to core services and we’re all totally in the dark. Look forward to reading your post-mortem once the issue is resolved.
