@nainaverse @makemytrip Totally agree with you.They have been hatching on my refund even though Indigo has already sent the refund we would like to inform you that under the PNR- BPYLYI the refund of INR 700 has already been processed to the original form of payment (travel agency) on 31 Jan '2024.
