Had the worst experience with @makemytrip @makemytripcare Just landed in Indore and booked two rooms via Make My Trip! Here, the hotel is asking for more money and the receptionist is not letting us check in. Been on call with customer care for 4 times.

Literally sick with @makemytrip customer service. I booked a hotel in vrindavan ,the hotel owner denied to give me room at 2AM at night. I requested for refund and I got replies like "our company field officer is investigating. I visited vrindavan in nov and yet not get refund.
