@makemytrip Neither we have option to connect customer care with email id with Super Duper Makemytrip to connect, for compliance they just kept option of Customer Grievance, which also liable to response in next 30 days, whether flight will departed also then also they will take 30 days.

@makemytrip But when we enter Mobile number with last 4 digit booking id,IVR is automatically disconnect call. We have no any option in IVR to direct discuss with customer care, to discuss about request, query but its super duper useless IVR not able to connect with customer care. (2/3)
