@koodo I’ve been trying for 2 weeks to pay my phone bill but the portal has been saying error 500 when I try to add debit card. Please fix this as my bill is now past due date and there has been added costs.

@terrykhoyt1 @koodo ‘When it comes to roaming, on the lines iPhones are being used, it can be automatically trigged by the phone connecting to the U.S. network through Wi-Fi Assist (Settings > Cellular/ Cellular Data/Mobile data > Scroll down to Wi-Fi Assist’).

@koodo I need a phone number to call to speak to an actual human being. The virtual assistant is no help at all. If I can't update my payment information because I keep getting the same error message after resetting my password 4 times, I WILL NOT be paying any sort of late fee

@CP24 My monthly @koodo bill is the same as a year ago, so does @StatCan_eng count that as driving inflation lower? Is that telecom prices coming down, simply because they didn't go up? Really?

@koodo I will simply delete it. If i can get to town this week i will go to Kiosk at mall & they can help me figure it out. Couldn't get into my app because i have a head injury from July 17,2017 & i forget passwords. If i write it down I forget where I out it. I will delete it. Thanks.
