@JustEatUK My order last night never arrived even after the driver saying it had. He rang me and said he couldn’t find the address and laughed and put phone down. Emailed about this and they’re refusing to refund. This is unacceptable. I would like this to be investigated

@JustEatUK your delivery driver picked up the food 20 mins ago and is now down another chip shop the food will be delivered cold utterly rubbish service. I will be wanting a refund and apology.
