On Mar 9, we were set to board the train#17008, expecting it on pltfrm #1. 5 mins before, the announcement switched it to pltfrm 3. My 70-year-old mother, unable to walk fast, took the escalator, tripped, & got injured. This is #IndianRailways fault. #DRMCKP#railwayseva#IRCTC
