Went in to a #hsbc branch in Central London yesterday. The branch had 2 front office staff handling walk-in customers. Rest were cash & cheque machines and touch screen pods. The lady asked me to download Global Money account on my HSBC mobile app. The way she pitched it to me +

@blogTO Same thing happened to me at @BMO where they refused to help (kennedy/denison). @HSBC helped eventually but grunted the whole time. I told them I do the same grunting when I pay my mortgage with them every month. Hope @RBC cleans them up. Customer service has home down the drain
