@HB_HereToHelp @holland_barrett I've already had two lengthy phones and been told by two different people there's nothing that can be done, this is all down to your new courier which is a pathetic excuse. I've reported the transaction to my card company and asked them to block it.

@holland_barrett I've downloaded the app but didn't get the screen to add the promotion code, so missed the 20% off first order from the app (I could have had blue light discount instead). I thought I was adding a payment card not actually paying
