@Slickx82@Hitman I am having this issue too. My Twitch and IOI accounts are connected, I have claimed the item but it's not appearing in the game and Twitch keeps asking me to connect the accounts. When I click "connect" it redirects me to IOI. dk and it says the accounts are indeed connected.
