@HathwayBrdband hello idiots. Fresh week, fresh stupidity. Raised ticket on 6th, got closed on 9th without resolution. created new tkt on 10th, no response till now and u say that the TAT is 72 hours max - are u on jupiter - 72 hours not over yet for u?
