@DrMafuzur @dmuthuk Initially @airtelindia used to charge 1.50 per min then after @tatadocomo offered 1 paise per sec #Airtel copied that. Later @reliancejio came & offered better so #Airtel matched that. Question is why didn't #Airtel offer the best initially itself to customers?

@YMehta_ @HDFC_Bank @HDFCBank_Cares @tatadocomo This was a similar experience with Tata Docomo in 2014. I had a post paid sim with Max bill of ₹1000 cut off. However, they had billed 14k for using 400mb more on one specific day. They threatened by calling all recent dialed numbers, few to my colleagues at work.
