@HathwayBrdband I have made the recharge for my broadband connection, and it's been 12+ hours and the connection is not active yet. And the chat-bot in not helping, and the customer call is also not being picked up. Do something!

@HathwayBrdband my internet is down for 4 days and no proper resolution or calls yet. They charge money before and we are losing money every month. No proper technical team and no customer service now looks like we will have to go to court for this. shame on hathway #scam #fraud
