@HathwayBrdband your services are getting worse day by day. My internet is not working since yesterday and I've complained on Customer support but no resolution. Even after numerous attempts, my ticket is not being generated. All your technical and sales heads are super lazy.

@HathwayBrdband raised a request for 3 days. Unable to use internet. No update nothing. And will get continuous calls for recharge why I should? I hv one day left in my plan. If issue is not resolved today. Will switch to other operator. Pathetic service
