@HathwayBrdband from last 1h 30m internet speed is below 10mbps and now I'm unable to browse on any of my counted devices, red light is blinking on the router LOS, I tried to raise a ticket in the application, but it's not happening, I'm unable to do my work.

Online sales team booked connection saying 5G dual band router but on installation technician brought 4g router when asked they are asking to pay more money to get 5G router. It this how you welcome customer @HathwayBrdband ? #Hyderabad

@HathwayBrdband I had raised a ticket few days back that ICICI net banking websites and even ICICI Bank card payments are not working from hathway internet network. You closed the ticket without any solution. My current pack expires in 11 days, if not solved, I will not renew.
